Durban is welcoming again to delegates for showing sincere commitment to climate change. A weak political will has been the root cause for failure of talks from COP-15 onwards.
It seems to me that politicians work efficiently to divide and weaken any movement even if it is good for human mankind. People planning to attend the COP 17 are looking for networking opportunities and not putting serious effort to facilitate or vote for CDM scheme.
It would be welcome if some alternate scheme becomes acceptable to all parties even if it is at lower or uniform value of benefits for sustainable development of developing countries.
